Description
Lino print to celebrate spring based on a Dartmoor walk . 48 hours before the equinox I heard the contrasting songs of the lark and the mistletoe thrush, both heralding the spring.

The details of this print:
Lino cut print from a variable edition of 60.
This one is variable so I can print on different papers. Printed on various Japanese washi which is acid free paper antique off white / cream.
Individually pressed by my feet.
Caligo vegetable oil based black ink : Professional quality oil-based ink for block printing on paper. Artist quality made using vegetable oils so can be cleaned up with soap and water rather than solvents. These inks contain high-quality pigments rather than dyes so offer excellent light-fastness.
The size of the print area is 34cm width x 38.4cm height on larger paper to enable a mount.

2 are printed on Shiramine Select which is a vegan off white /cream paper 110gsm,
1 is on a vegan, creamer coloured paper called Bunkoshi Select 75gsm
1 is a paper made from 100% long fibred cotton rag. 210gsm.

When these are sold they are printed to order and will take up to two weeks to print and dry before delivery.
