Description

In the late summer I was lucky to go on a two week self directed residency on the coast of Cornwall near Falmouth. I walked and sketched every day and made a couple of Lino prints as a result of my experience. This print was inspired by the wonderful sailing boat that led my journey for a while near the pretty village of Mawnan Smith. I was actually too late to see the pink sea thrift known to the area, so there is a bit of artistic liberty there!
There are 4 prints available. All different. One is hand coloured in the sky and sea. Another one I mixed a much brighter pink and I mixed  blue into the black ink.
The printed image is 20x 30cm and the paper is acid free recycled British made.
